ADOBE LIGHTROOM 2
Lightroom 2 is a multipurpose imaging platform. Its two central elements are its indexed file catalog and its powerful RAW processing engine. The same one as in Adobe ACR. It also has very good modules for printing, creating slideshows, and optimizing for web. And while it is a thoroughly capable standalone application, when used in conjunction with Adobe Photoshop, it shows it's power to coordinate the activities of other imaging programs. While Lightroom is fairly straightforward compared to Photoshop, like any application, it has its mystifying details. My aim here is to demystify as much as I can. These tutorial are for the most part inspired by questions from the DGrin forum. Others are added at my whim. They are not intended to be comprehensive. Just accurate and helpful.
